Is it possible to put video from a S-VHSc onto a computer? - vhsc adapters

I have a compact video camera JVC Super VHS I was wondering if there is no way to upload your video shot on the team? The only option I see for video is now used to SVHS tapes that fit into a cassette adapter and a VCR. Wold I understand that someone can help me.
